The Stand-Alone TRL Series Total Recall Voice Recorder in Desktop format is available in 4 - 24 channels per unit. 60,000 hours onboard recording time is standard. Calls may be recalled via the built-in front panel controls or from a remote PC over a network.
Total Recall Classic Series Rack Loggers
This Stand-Alone Rackmount Recorder is available in 4 - 72 channels per unit. 60,000 hours onboard recording time is standard. Calls may be recalled via the built-in front panel controls or a remote PC over a network. Optional "Hot Swap" Power Supplies.
Delivers up to 60 channels of VoIP (SIP or H.323) and/or ISDN recording plus up to 60 channels of analog recording in one unit. Supplied in 19” rack format with built-in screen & control panel. Mirrored hard drives & dual hot-swap power supplies standard.
Total Recall Max Desktop Loggers
The unit records up to a total of 60 channels of VoIP (SIP or H.323) and/or PRI ISDN telephony communication. For VoIP networks, "Traffic Collectors" in satellite offices can be used to feed VoIP traffic back to the Desktop Server.
Total Recall Max Server Loggers
Record up to 120 channels of VoIP (SIP or H.323) and/or PRI ISDN telephony communications. "Traffic Collectors" can be installed in satellite offices to feed VoIP traffic back to the Desktop Server in the main office via an existing LAN or WAN.
Remote Manager & Record-On-Demand Software
All Total Recall Voice Logging Recorders are supplied with Remote Manager software which allows any call to be monitored live, or stored calls to be searched and replayed easily from your PC. Record On Demand software allows selective recording of calls.
