When phone recording is critical to your operations, you need a professional, dedicated voice logging system. Total Recall Desktop is the compact, reliable and entirely self-contained solution for recording, archiving, searching and replaying your important phone and/or radio communications.

Access Telephone Recordings The Way You Want
Live monitor, search and replay call recordings from the built in control panel, with simple navigation keys and a big, bright 130 x 97 mm TFT LCD display. Alternatively, all unit functions and configuration can be managed via your network and Remote Manager - Windows™ PC software included with unlimited licenses as part of your solution.

Simple GUI and Navigation
Your phone recording solution can be managed from the control panel via three menus (Logging, Search and Options) and four simple navigation keys. Call replay control keys (play/pause, fast forward, rewind, stop) are also included, so you can access your call recordings right at the unit.

Reliable & Fault Tolerant Phone Recording
Total Recall Desktop is custom engineered for phone recording, offering superior reliability compared to PC based systems. As Total Recall Desktop is CentOS Linux based, you can enjoy the security, speed and reliability advantages of an enterprise-grade UNIX operating system, while seamlessly interfacing with the system and your Windows™ network via an intuitive GUI.

Long-Term Call Storage and Archiving
Store up to 60,000 hours / 350,000 individual call records onboard at 16 kbps HQVQ compression. You also have the option to automatically archive call recordings at pre-set intervals to inexpensive CD or DVD media, or optionally to high-capacity Blu-Ray media. Archived calls on these CD/DVD/BDs may be searched and replayed on the Total Recall unit, or via your Remote Manager PC software.

 
 

Powerful Voice Logger PC Client Included
All unit configuration, live monitoring, search and replay functions may be performed from the convenience of your networked PC running Windows 7/Vista/XP/2K. Copy calls from your Total Recall phone recorder unit or from archive discs to your computer, or email calls in .mp3, .wav or secure .trc formats.
Remote Manager can also be used to add notes to call recordings in real time, which can later be used as a search parameter in conjunction with time, date, channel, extension, call direction, number called or CLI (where transmitted).

 
 

Multiple Security Options
Multiple password secured access levels ensure that important system functions are only available to authorised personnel. Access to all software functions and recording/monitoring channels is completely configurable on a per-user basis, which maintains your data security while extending the benefits of recording to more people within your organisation.

Centralised Telephone Recorder System Management
Use and manage multiple Total Recall units with one PC using Remote Manager - it doesn't matter whether your phone recording systems are across the room or on the other side of the world!

User-Definable Phone Recording
Start and stop calls recording (depending on your communications interface) by voltage detection, VOX detection and Record-on-Demand (software or DTMF code control, where available). Beep tone is selectable per channel, and access to live monitoring is configurable per user-defined extension. For 2-Way Radio recording applications, you can select to ignore DTMF signals on a per-channel basis.

Record-on-Demand gives users the option to record or discard current calls, or even to partially record phone calls if required. Record 100% of calls, or between user-defined times - the choice is yours.

Multiple Playback Options
Continuously live monitor by extension, replay phone recordings via the built-in control panel & unit speaker, headphones, line-out jack; or alternatively replay your calls via the inbuilt media player in Remote Manager.

Record Everything
Record up to 24 simultaneous analogue channels from any line-level audio source - telephones, 2-Way or broadcast radio, intercoms, microphones and more. Inputs are standard modular jacks that are compatible with a wide range of accessories. Alternatively, record up to 8 SIP or H.323 VoIP channels, in conjunction with up to 8 analogue channels if required.Analogue channels are field upgradable in 4, 8 or 12 channel multiples, up to the maximum of 24 channels.
